Hallo, wir suchen für unsere 2-Zimmerwohnung 2 Nachmieterinnen. Unser Vermieter möchte wieder eine WG (vorzugsweise Mädels-WG).
Unsere Wohnung hat eine zwar alte aber vollausgestattete helle und große Wohnküche, welche außer einer Spülmaschine alles zu bieten hat. Unser Bad ist wunderschön rosa ;-).
Die 2 Zimmer sind ca. 15 und 18 qm groß. Balkon haben wir keinen, also nur melden, wenn ihr auch ohne Balkon leben könnt. Da die Dreisam direkt um die Ecke ist hält man es allerdings auch ohne Balkon aus :-).

Die Lage ist perfekt. Nah an der Innenstadt. Fast direkt an der Dreisam. Einkaufszentrum (ZO) um die Ecke. Straßenbahn 1 Minute entfernt. Sehr ruhig.
