Da meine Freundin und ich ins Ausland gehen ist diese schoene Wohnung in der Wiehre fuer mindestens 9 Monate frei, gegebenenfalls auch laenger.
Die Wohnung ist in perfekter Lage an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Maria-Hilf-Kirche, verfuegt ueber 2 große Sonnenbalkone mit Aussicht auf den Schwarzwald, zwei geraeumige Zimmer (25m2), Kueche, Bad. Es gibt sehr gute Parkmoeglichkeiten, das ZO (Aldi, REWE, Sparkasse, DM etc.), sowie Baecker, Doener, Pizza, Tankstelle etc. sind sofort um die Ecke.

Bei Interesse einfach mailen oder anrufen (bevorzugt Mail, da ich arbeite). Falls ihr
