Die 128 qm große Wohnung inkl. zwei Balkonen (Ausrichtung West und Ost) sowie großzügiger Dachterrasse hat drei Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 180x200, 1 Bett 160x200, 1 Hochbett 90 x 200; ggf. zusätzliches Kinderbett kann wenn nötig aufgestellt werden) und zwei Badezimmer mit Außenfenstern (1 mit Duschkabine , 1 mit Badewanne). Waschmaschine in der Wohnung und Trockenraum im Keller vorhanden. Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle. WLAN vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört die Mitbenutzung des großzügigen Gartens mit Feuerstelle, Fussballtoren und großem Sandkasten.

We offer our beloved, very bright and fully equipped apartment for interim rent in good hands. The 128 sqm apartment incl. two balconies (orientation west and east) and spacious roof terrace has three bedrooms (1 bed 180x200, 1 bed 160x200, 1 loft bed 90 x 200; additional bed for small children can be provided if necessary) and two daylight bathrooms (1 with shower cabin, 1 with bathtub). Washing machine available in the apartment and drying room in the basement. Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave. WiFi available. The apartment includes the use of the spacious shared garden with fireplace, soccer goals and a large sandbox.
Freiburg ist bekannt für seine wunderschöne historische Innenstadt sowie die Nähe zur Natur, zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Mountainbike, Klettern, Skisport etc. Der Stadtteil Vauban, in dem die Wohnung ruhig gelegen ist, ist weltweit berühmt aufgrund der ökologischen und nachhaltigen Planung und Bebauung, überwiegend autofreie Wege und Spielstraßen, zahlreiche Spielplätze und Grünanlagen. Grundstück grenzt an weitläufiges Naturschutzgebiet mit zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt ab der Hautür. Zudem angrenzender Dorfbach sowie Pferde, Schafe und Ziegenherde in nächster Nähe. Gleichzeitig Straßenbahnhaltestelle in weniger als 1 Minute Entfernung von wo aus man in 13 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Freiburg ist (mit dem Fahrrad etwa 15 Minuten - eigentlich ist in Freiburg alles mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen). Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Drogerie, Bäcker) in Fußreichweite. Zahlreiche Car-Sharing Autos sowie Autoabstellmöglichkeiten in Fußreichweite (kein privater Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehörig).

Freiburg is known for its beautiful historic city center as well as its proximity to nature, numerous opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, etc. The district Vauban, where the quiet apartment located, is famous for its ecological and sustainable city-planning and building, mainly car-free play streets, numerous playgrounds and green areas. Property borders on extensive nature reserve with numerous hiking opportunities starting right at the doorstep. Furthermore, adjacent stream and horses, sheep and goat herd in close proximity. At the same time, tram stop in less than 1 minute walking distance, from where you are in 13 minutes in downtown Freiburg (by bike about 15 minutes - actually everything in Freiburg is accessible by bike). All shopping facilities (supermarkets, drugstore, bakery, pharmacy) are within walking distance. Numerous car-sharing cars and car parking facilities within walking distance (no private parking space belonging to the apartment).
Zwei Fahrräder können mitgemietet werden (Abstellmöglichkeiten im Keller vorhanden). Falls Sie mit Kindern kommen, können weitere Fahrräder/Laufrad angemietet werden. Kinderspielzeug etc. für bis 3 Jahre vorhanden.
