- 1 large balcony
A large and very beautiful garden, as well as a laundry room can also be used.

The apartment is located directly at the lower end of Rotackerstraße. The tram stop Okenstraße as well as Aldi, Kaufland, Lidl, and Alnatura, the largest supermarket, can be reached by foot. Those who are drawn to the mountain are also in good hands here, as it is only necessary to follow the road uphill.

Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar am unteren Beginn der Rotackerstraße. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Okenstraße sowie Aldi, Kaufland und Lidl, sowie der - aufgepasst! - größte Alnatura sind fußläufig in knapp 7 Minuten erreichbar. Wen es zum Berg zieht, ist hier ebenso gut aufgehoben, da gilt es nur der Straße bergauf zu folgen.
