Die Lage ist super, gegenüber Viktoriapark, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes und Bars in Bergmannstraße, nächste U-Bahn Mehringdamm (U6 und U7).
Das ganze für 380 Euro plus 200 Euro Kaution.

Very nice room for rent for 4 weeks during Christmas between the 12th of the December (Sunday) and the 8th of January (Saturday)!
The room is very big (32 m2) and has a lot of light. The room is furnished: shelves, desk, big bed with new mattress, etc.
The kitchen and bathroom (fully equipped are shared with Eva, a German girl that is studying medicine. Eva speaks English, French, and Spanish!
The apartment is located in a very good area of Kreuzberg: in front of Viktoriapark in Kreuzbergstr. There are several supermarkets, different shops and many restaurants around in a walking distance, but the street is quite. The closest metro station is Mehringdamm (U6 and U7), a bit more than 5 minutes walking.
The price for the 4 weeks is 380 € (200 € deposit).

Se alquila una estupenda habitación por 4 semanas en Navidades entre los días 12 de Diciembre (domingo) y 8 de Enero (sábado)!
La habitación es muy grande (32 m2) y luminosa. Está amueblada: estanterías, ropero, mesa de escritorio, cama grande de 1.4 m (colchón nuevo).
La cocina y el baño (totalmente equipados) se comparten con Eva, una chica alemana muy simpática estudiante de medicina. Aparte de alemán, Eva habla inglés, francés, y español, así que seguro que no será problema comunicarse con ella :)
El piso está situado en una muy buena zona de Kreuzberg, en frente del Viktoriapark en Kreuzbergstr. En la zona hay varios supermercados y diferentes tiendas de comestibles, y muchos bares y restaurantes, pero la calle es muy tranquila. La parada de metro más cercana es Mehringdamm (U6 y U7), andando un poco más de 5 minutos.
El precio por las cuatro semanas son 380 €, y se pide un depósito de 200 €.
