In der Waschküche im 1. Stock stehen die Waschmaschine und der Wäschetrockner zur Verfügung.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein reservierter Stellplatz vor dem Gebäude sowie ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Die Wohnung ist warm (Süd/Süd-West), hat eine Fußbodenheizung und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson. Auch eine Familie mit einem Kind ist möglich. Aber Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

- big living room with TV and HiFi, etc.

- sleeping room with 200x200 cm bed and a wardrobe at disposal
- fully equipped kitchen (fridge, blenders, dishwasher, etc.)
- bathroom (with a toilet, two sinks, bathtub + separate shower)
- guest toilet
In a wetroom on -1 floor, there is a washing machine and a dryer at disposal.
A dedicated parking slot infront of the buidlding belongs to the apartment as well as a parking slot in the undergroung garage.
The appartment is warm (south/south-west), has a floor heating and offers all comforts for a couple or a single person. A family with one child is also possible. But no pets allowed.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-bahnstation entfernt, wo mann mit der S8 Du in ca. 30 Minuten München-Zentrum (Hbf) erreichst. Die gleiche S-Bahn fährt direkt zum Flughafen MUC.
In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto verschiedene Autobahnen. Mit dem Auto zum inneren Ring von München sind es etwa 15 Minuten.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und beschaulich. In Laufnähe gibt es viele verschiedene Supermärkte (Edeka, Netto, REWE) sowie Rossmann. Nur 50 m von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich die Tankstelle Allgut, die neben Treibstoff auch Getränke und Backwaren anbietet.
2 km von der Wohnung entfernt liegt der Germeringer See, ein sehr schönes Naherholungsgebiet.

The apartment is located some 5-7 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station of S8, which reaches Munich-Central (Hbf) for about 30 minutes. The same S-Bahn goes directly to MUC airport.
In just a few minutes by car, one reaches different highways. By car to the inner ring of Munich, it takes about 15 min.
The area is very quiet and calm. In a walking distance there are many different supermarkets (Edeka, Netto, REWE) as well as Rossmann. In just 50 m from the apartment there is a gastation Allgut that offers drinks and backery, besides fuel.
2 km from the apartment is the Germering lake, which is a very nice recreation area.
300 Mbit/s Wifi steht zur Verfügung.
Es ist eigentlich eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, aber das kleine Zimmer wird während der Zeit verschlossen bleiben.
Die Mietzeit ist flexibel und man kann sie auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum mieten. Preis und Konditionen sind individuell zu besprechen.
