We are looking for a new tenant for an 83sqm apartment in Gießen Frankfurter Straße.
The apartment is very well and in a quiet location.
Rooms in the apartment: Living room with a large window and balcony. Two rooms for sleep/work. Kitchen: cooking stove with oven, sink. Bath/WC. A storage room and a private parking space.
Die Wohnung liegt hinter der Sparkasse an Frankfurter Str. und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und auch vieler Buslinien (1,10,11, usw).
Es gibt auch viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Einiges an Gastronomie in nächster Nähe, zum Edeka sind es nur 5 Minuten, zur Uniklinik, Stadtmitte und dem Seltersweg mit vielen verschiedenen Geschäften nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Durch eine Parkplatzfläche zwischen der Wohnung und der Frankfurterstraße gibt es keinen störenden Fahrzeuglärm.

The apartment is behind the bank on Frankfurter Str. , close to the train station and with many bus lines (1,10,11, etc).
There are also many shops, supermarket, and restaurants around. It's only 5 minutes walk to the university hospital and 10 minutes walk to the city center.
One needs to pass through a parking lot to get to the flat, therefore, it's away from the main street and noise.
