Da wir bis spätestens Ende August ausziehen, suchen wir nach einem Nachmieter ab dem 1. September. Mit zwei Zimmern und einem großen Flur ist die Wohnung sowohl für Paare als auch WGs geeignet. Die Küche verfügt über einen Backhofen und einen Gasherd. Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche. Im Kellerraum ist zusätzlich noch Stauraum für alles andere. Außerdem kann ein Gartenabteil mitbenutzt werden. Für 25€ Gebühr ist ebenfalls ein Autostellplatz verfügbar. Strom und Gas werden von der SWG extra abgerechnet.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in 5 Minuten ist man am Marktplatz als auch an der THM und der Lahn. Beste Lage also für THM-Studenten. Rundherum sind viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar und das Dönerdreieck ist gleich um die Ecke.
Bei Bedarf können einige Möbel nach Absprache übernommen werden.
