Der Boden der Wohnung ist komplett mit Fliesen ausgelegt und daher sehr Allergiker freundlich. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 570 € und die NK belaufen sich auf 125 € (Heizkosten und Strom sind hier integriert). Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß zu erreichen sind Bäcker, Apotheken, Supermärkte, Sparkasse u. a. Die Innenstadt liegt in ca. zehnminütiger Fahrradentfernung. Mehrere Buslinien sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bus 91 & 92 und 11 & 21). Ein Wald befindet sich in Laufentfernung, also ideal zum Spazierengehen und Joggen.
Die Wohnung ist für 1-2 Personen geeignet, Nichtraucher.

The two room souterrain flat is 60 sqm big and is located in Geismar. It has a built-in kitchen. The floor of the flat is completely tiled, it is very allergy friendly. The net rent is 570 € and the utilities are 125 € (including heating costs and electricity). The flat is bright and quiet. Bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, bank etc. are within walking distance. The city centre is about ten minutes away by bike. Several bus lines are in the immediate vicinity (Bus 91 & 92 and 11 & 21). A forest is within walking distance which is ideal for walking and jogging.
The flat is suitable for 1-2 persons, non-smokers.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Geismar. Von hier aus ist der Blick über Göttingen einfach wunderschön. Der Stadtteil Geismar ist eine ruhige und entspannte Wohngegend mit Nähe zum Wald und zur Natur, bspw. ist der Kehr nicht unweit von hier für schöne Spaziergänge an der frischen Luft und zum Sonne tanken und auch ideal für Laufstrecken geeignet. Eine Sportanlage befindet sich in Fußentfernung. Bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen sind zudem mehrere Supermärkte und Bäcker, zwei Apotheken, eine Post, eine Bank sowie mehrere Buslinien, die direkt zur Universität und zum Bahnhof fahren. Fahrradfahrer sind in der Innenstadt in ca. 13 Minuten.

The flat is located in Geismar. From here, the view over Göttingen is simply beautiful. The district of Geismar is a quiet and relaxed residential area near to the forest and nature, e.g. the Kehr is not far from here for beautiful walks in the fresh air and to soak up the sun and is also ideal for running routes. A sports facility is within walking distance. Also within easy walking distance are several supermarkets and bakers, two pharmacies, a post office, a bank and several bus lines that go directly to the university and the train station. Cyclists can reach the city centre in about 13 minutes.
Zwei Kindergärten sowie eine Grundschule befinden sich ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
