A bright cozy flat on second floor with two equals by size rooms. Left one has just a normal window and right one a door-like window with no balcony. North side make flat no so hot in summer but it is very warm in winter (we never turned on heating).
The location is perfect.
The Central Campus, bus stops (42,91,21,22,23, 31 etc.) as well as a REWE/Lidl/EDEKA are just 3,5 minutes by walking. Good Doner place or Aliman Markt for asian grosery are 10 min away.
Coin-based Laundry (with dryers) is just next door what is very convenient.
I had no problems with landlord nor hausmeister nor neighbors.
The flat goes without any serious furniture.
The rent and/or especially deposit can be changed by landlord, so I am writing what I actually pay now (625 is Warmmiete).
The meetings can be arranged in the mornings before 9 am. or on weekends via wg-gesucht.
