Helle und schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Göttinger Innenstadt wird zum Anfang August 2023 frei!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig (52 Quadratmeter) und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Küche und einen Flur. Sie befindet sich im Stadtzentrum im ersten Stock eines schönen, gemütlichen Gebäudes. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Supermärkten, Bäckereien, Cafés, Bars, mehreren Bushaltestellen und dem Bahnhof entfernt.

Ich möchte auch die meisten meiner derzeitigen Möbel in der Wohnung verkaufen, darunter ein großes Bett mit Matratze, eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler, einen Mini-Backofen, ein großes Ecksofa, einen Sessel, stehende Bücherregale, Kleiderschränke, Schränke, einen Teetisch und einige andere Gegenstände für etwa 900 Euro. Es wäre schön, wenn Interessenten, die die Wohnung besichtigen möchten, auch Interesse an den Möbeln hätten.

In der Warmmiete sind die Nebenkosten und die Heizkosten enthalten.

Besichtigungstermine sind für Samstag 15.04.2023 vormittags/nachmittags geplant.

Bright and beautiful 2-room apartment in the city center of Goettingen will be free by the beginning of August 2023!

The apartment is very spacious (52 meter square) and has a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a hallway. It's situated in the city center on the first floor of a beautiful cozy building. It's a walking distance away from supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bars, several bus stops, and the train station.

I would also like to sell most of my current furniture in the apartment, including a big bed with the mattress, a washing machine and a dishwasher, a minioven, a big corner sofa, an armchair, standing bookshelves, wardrobes, cabinets, a tea table and several other items for around 900 euros. It would be great if people who are interested in the apartment and would like to come for a visit would also have an interest in the furniture.

The warm rent includes the utilities and the heating costs.

Appointments for visits are scheduled for the morning/afternoon of Saturday 15.04.2023.
