I am offering my flat in the heart of the city center (the street of Weenderstr). It is located on the first floor. At the back of the apartment, adjacent to the wall, is the botanical garden, which you have a direct view of from the room. Because the windows face the garden at the back, you don't hear any noise from the front and you can always sleep with the window open. The flat is composed of a big living space which is divided into a living room and a bedroom separated by the closet. The apartment has a separate kitchen.

The apartment is completely furnished and I would like to leave the furniture and other items for a very good price (buying the furniture is mandatory in order to be considered for the flat). The items are:

Sofa/coffee table/TV table/Desk/Desk chair/Bed+mattress/closet/commode/Book shelves/washing machine/microwave/bathroom rack/hanging rack (for washed clothes)/ 3 small rugs/Bed wooden tray/ vacuum cleaner and many other items.
I am willing to sell all the above for a good price of 600 Euros.
If you want you can also buy the TV as a separate item from the above list.

First of June, 2023.

Location:
Due to the super central location of the apartment, you have everything you need in front of the door. Directly opposite is the Carré, where Teegut and DM is located. Otherwise there are at least 3 other supermarkets in the city center that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. A bike rental is also right around the corner and a bus stop is almost right on the doorstep. The Z-Campus of the university can be reached by foot in 5 minutes.

The apartment can be only rented for PhD students or postdocs. It is important that the next tenant is a responsible and clean person. No parties are allowed. No pets are allowed.

When you visit the place you will fill a document (selbstauskunft formular) with some details about you that I will send to the home owner to make a decision.
