Ich mache für ein paar Wochen Urlaub und vermiete in der Zeit meine komplett möblierte Wohnung unter. Es ist alles vorhanden: Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und ich kann auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereitstellen, wenn Bedarf besteht.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer plus Küche, Bad, Flur und sogar einen Balkon. Auf dem kann bei schönem Wetter gerne meine Hängematte mitbenutzt werden. Im Februar ist er aber eher gut, um seine Wäsche aufzuhängen. (Wäscheständer ist natürlich auch da.) Ansonsten gibt's noch WLAN und viele Bücher. 😄
Die Wohnung ist für Singles oder Päarchen gut geeignet.

I am doing a vacation for a few weeks and sublet my fully furnished apartment during that time. Everything is available: Stove, fridge, washing machine and I can also provide bed linen and towels if needed.
The apartment has 2 rooms plus kitchen, bathroom, hallway and even a balcony. On which, if the weather is nice, you are welcome to share my hammock. In February however, it is good to hang up the laundry. (Laundry rack is of course also there.) Otherwise, there's Wifi and many books.
The apartment is well suited for singles or couples.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in der Innenstadt. Alles, wirklich alles, ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen: Rewe, Nahkauf, Alnatura, Kaufland, Wochenmarkt, DM, Rossman, Restaurants, Bars, Fitnessstudios, ...
Busanbindung gibt's natürlich auch, der Bahnhof ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß weg und vor dem Haus gibt's jede Menge Fahrradständer.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the city center. Everything, really everything, can be reached in a few minutes: different supermarkets, weekly farmer's market, drug stores, restaurants, bars, gyms, ...
Bus connection is also close to the house, the train station is 10 minutes walk away and in front of the house there are plenty of bike racks.
Ich würde mich riesig freuen, wenn du in der Zeit ein- oder zweimal meine Pflanzen gießt.
