Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere 2-Zimmer Wohnung in der Goethe-Allee 6, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 48,5m² groß und liegt sehr zentral. Bahnhof, Uni und Innenstadt sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig.
Durch die breite Fensterfront sind beide Zimmer auch sehr hell. Ferner wurde die Wohnung erst im März komplett renoviert, so dass alles in sehr gutem Zustand ist. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad und eine Küche, allerdings gibt es keine Küchenmöbel.
Die Miete beträgt 500 Euro kalt plus ca. 170 Euro Nebenkosten. Die Kaution beträgt 1.500 Euro.
Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson als auch für eine WG.
Besichtigungen finden am Sonntag (14.08.) zwischen 17-20 Uhr statt. Bei Interesse bitte unter ----/------- melden.
