Am 10. Februar wird mein Zimmer in Göttinger Innenstadt frei, weil ich ins Ausland ziehen werde. Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 16m2 groß, und befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Studentenwohnhauses. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch mit komfortabelem Stühl und einigen Bücherregalen.

On the tenth of February, my room in Göttingen Innenstadt becomes available due to the fact that I'm moving abroad. The room is around 16m2, and is located on the second floor of a student dormitory. It's furnished with a bed, closet, desk, some chairs, and bookshelves.
Die Lage ist perfekt: das Gebäude befindet sich im Osten der Innenstadt, neben dem Wilhelmplatz. Alles was du brauchst ist zu Fuß erreichbar (sogar zum Campus sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß) und direkt bot frm Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß erreichbar in 10 Minuten. Bars und Supermärkte sind um die Ecke!

The location is perfect: the building is located in the eastern part of the city centre, next to Wilhelmsplatz. Everything you will need is on walking distance (even the campus, on 10 minutes walking) and there is a bus stop in front of the building. The train station is on 10 minutes walking distance as well. Bars and supermarkets are around the corner!
Weil ich Deutschland verlassen werde, kann ich meine Töpfe und Pfannen, und auch meine Bettlaken (alle vor 3 Monate gekauft) für ein paar Euro hinterlassen. Ich werde das Zimmer um der 10. Februar herum verlassen, vielleicht auch schon etwas früher. Wenn du Interesse hast (und vielleicht das Zimmer sehen willst) kannst du mir eine Email oder eine Whatsapp Nachricht schicken.

Since I'm moving out of Germany, I can leave my pots, pans, plates and cutlery, as well as my bedsheets (all purchased only 3 months ago) behind for a couple of euros.
