The apartment has a large, bright , partly furnished living room, a large storage room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with a two-burner stove, a toaster oven (can be taken for a fee) and a medium-sized refrigerator. The bathroom has a tub, which is nice if you like the occasional bath. Cost is 590 per month excluding electricity and internet.
If would also be great if you were willing to take over the furniture, though it's not required.

The apartment is located right down the street from Wilhelmsplatz. There is a bus stop immediately across the street, though it is unnecessary for the most part due to the central location. You're only a 5-8 minute walk from the various supermarkets (Rewe, Kaufland, Alnatura, Tegut), and there are plenty of options for fast food including a chinese restaurant downstairs in the same building, and Subway, Doner/Pizza, and sushi at Wilhelmsplatz. You're also only 5 minutes from Cheltenham Park
The apartment is free from 20.03.19. Landlords are seeking only single tenants without pets for a longer-term stay (~1 year+). A good level of German is required in order to communicate with the landlords.
