Da ich vom 10 Juni bis 14 August nicht in Göttingen sein werde, suche ich jemanden, freundlich und verantwortungsbewusst, der daran interessiert ist, meine Wohnung für zwei Monate (evtl auch bis 31 August) zu vermieten.

Die Wohnung hat 49 Quadratmeter und ist auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Eingangshalle, Wohnküche und Bad befinden sich im Untergeschoss.

Während sich das Schlafzimmer im oberen Raum befindet (mit einem schönen Blick in den Garten).

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe dem Stadtzentrum, dem Bahnhof und dem Fluss (Leine). Und es kostet 495 € pro Monat (alles inklusive, Internet, Strom, etc.).

Since I would not be in Göttingen between 10th June and 14th August, I am looking for someone, friendly and responsible, who is interested in subrenting my apartment for two or three month (Max until 31 August).

The flat has 49 square meters distributed in two floors. Entrance hall, living room kitchen and bathroom are located at the lower floor.

While the sleeping room is in the upper room (with a beautiful look into the garden).

The flat is really well located, close to the city center, train station and the River (Leine). And it costs 495 € per month (With everything included, internet, Electricity, etc).
