Ich verlasse Göttingen und habe eine schöne helle Dachgeschosswohnung abzugeben. Sie hat von allen Seiten Licht und ist sehr hell (sieht man auf den Fotos leider nicht so gut), hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt und das Umland und ist auch sonst sehr gemütlich. Zum Zentralcampus sind es zu Fuss 3min, Rewe ist um die Ecke, die Innenstadt hat man auch in max 10min zu Fuß erreicht.
Sie ist komplett eingerichtet, hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein größeres Wohnzimmer und noch einen Abstellraum, in dem auch noch jemand schlafen kann.
Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine Person oder für ein Paar ohne Kinder. WG geeignet ist die Wohnung nicht, da in dem Abstellraum auch der Wassererhitzer drin ist, der beim warm Duschen schon mal laut wird. Als Gästezimmer geht es aber schon.
Die Küche hat Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht, aber es gibt 2 Waschsalons direkt um die Ecke.
Im Wohnzimmer stehen eine sehr gemütliche Couch, Esstisch, Stühle und eine Truhe. Die und die anderen Möbel können bei Bedarf gerne alle übernommen werden.
Besichtigungen gehen am Di ab 14 Uhr oder Mittwoch.
For internationals: I am the current tenant and not the landlord, so please don't send me any CV's or other paperwork. I am looking for a new tenant but ultimately you will have to talk to the landlord. Some German skills will be helpful as he does not speak much English.
Der Zentralcampus ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und in die Innenstadt sind es nicht mal 10min zu Fuß. Der Rewe ist gleich gegenüber und Aldi und Netto sind auch um die Ecke.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 3min entfernt.
