I am looking for a quite person taking care of my apartment as it was his/hers. NO SMOKERS, NO PET ALLOWED.
The apartment is situated in the best area in Göttingen. Is 10 min walk to the city center, 15/20 min to the train station, 10 min to the green area/Kiessee perfect for a nice walk, sports and so on.
Supermarkets, bakery, Pharmacy are very close to the area.
The apartment was completely renovated in Mai 2017.
It is complete with modern furniture and all the bills are included (electricity, water, internet (internet NUR bis ende August….). Nebenkosten are calculated for 1 person.
The living room will be left empty while the rest of the house will be left fully furnished.
Outside is possible to use a big shared garden.
