There is light in the mornings and throughout the day. The house itself is ancient (1880s) and there are wooden floors in the two big rooms (sleeping & living/kitchen). The roof slope spatial 'disadvantage' I met with a number of lights and carefully selected positioning of furniture.
There is only one more flat in the house and the tenants are calm and nice.
It is an amazing flat with a large living room/kitchen facing on the on side the green Göttingen 'Wall' and town on the other. You can walk anywhere in town within 15-20 minutes maximum but a number of public transport facilities is nearby as well. The next supermarket is an organic food market. St. Albani church is across the road, hope you don't mind the churchbells.
Hi, contact me please via email or sms; I am able to call back throughout the day; not so much in the evenings (small baby around). I love the flat and will use the little extra room to keep my stuff while we are away for the winter term. The sofa and some other furniture is new - as I moved in December 2017 only. Landlord wants to check the sub-tenant and needs passport/ID and possibly a joint visit.
