I will move out from the studio and am looking for someone who wants to rent it. Nice would be if you also want to rent it with the existing furnitures. I would sell them.
The studio is 30m^2. You have a desk with a chair. A table with two chairs. A dish washer, a washing machine which isn’t located in the studio but in the building ( free to use ). There’s a commun space outside, where you can smoke or sit on benches.
There’s loads of shops and cafés. Kaufland is 3 minutes away. There’s a buss stop 3 minutes away in the JudenStraße too.
Many restaurants, bars, clubs are around as it’s located directly in the city ( Innenstad).
In the bathroom we can additionally turn the “make up” lights on ( lights in the miroir).
In the kitchen you have a dish washer, an oven, heating plates and of course a sink. You also have a table and a bridge + freezer.
