The flat is newly painted, and the floor is renovated (laminate). It has 12m2 bedroom, a 8m2 hallway with an equipped kitchen (stove, oven, cupboard, sink), and a 20 m2 living room. The celling of the apartment is high, the windows are big. The one side of the flat looks to the backyard, and the other side looks to the street. So, sun comes inside all the time. The flat has a shared bathroom with a next door neighbor, but it has it is own toilet. The rent is 450, and 70 euros is for utilities. So in total 520 euros. Gas, electricity and internet are not included. Hot water is by electricity, so gas is for just heating in the winters (around 20-30 euros per month). There are 5 flats in the building, they are all students. Our hausmeister is also a student and he is always helpful.

Die Wohnung ist neu gestrichen und der Boden ist renoviert (Laminat). Es hat 12m2 Schlafzimmer, einen 8m2 Flur mit einer ausgestatteten Küche (Herd, Ofen, Schrank, Spüle) und einem 20 m2 großen Wohnzimmer. Die Zellen der Wohnung sind hoch, die Fenster sind groß. Die eine Seite der Wohnung blickt auf den Hinterhof, die andere Seite auf die Straße. Also, die Sonne kommt die ganze Zeit hinein. Die Wohnung hat ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit einem Nachbarn, aber es ist eine eigene Toilette. Die Miete beträgt 450, und 70 Euro sind für Versorgungsunternehmen. Also insgesamt 520 Euro. Gas, Strom und Internet sind nicht inbegriffen. Warmwasser wird mit Strom erzeugt, so dass Gas nur für die Heizung im Winter verwendet wird (ca. 20-30 Euro pro Monat). Es gibt 5 Wohnungen im Gebäude, sie sind alle Studenten. Unser Hausmeister ist auch Student und er ist immer hilfsbereit.
On 9th of November, I am moving out from my 2 rooms flat which has an amazing location!! It is just back of the Waageplatz, close by Leine, 5 mins walk to Bahnhof, and 3 mins walk to Weender-Straße bus stops and Carré. Central campus is just max 10 mins walk. If you are in north campus it is just 15 mins bus ride, you can take the bus from Weender-Straße or Bahnhof for the north campus every 10-15 mins. We have a bicycle parking lot. For car parking, you should go to Rathaus and register for the parking lot on the street (around 30 euros per year). The apartment has a backyard which is open for all neighbors of the building. There is Rewe supermarket 5 mins walking distance. There are some restaurants, pubs and kiosks just on the corner of the street.

Am 9. November ziehe ich aus meiner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung aus, die eine tolle Lage hat. Es befindet sich direkt hinter dem Waageplatz, in der Nähe von Leine, 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und 3 Gehminuten zu den Bushaltestellen in der Weender-Straße und Carré. Der zentrale Campus ist nur max. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wenn Sie sich auf dem Campus Nord befinden, sind es nur 15 Minuten Busfahrt, von der Weender-Straße oder dem Bahnhof können Sie alle 10-15 Minuten den Bus zum Campus Nord nehmen. Wir haben einen Fahrradabstellplatz. Für das Parken von Autos sollten Sie zum Rathaus gehen und sich für den Parkplatz auf der Straße anmelden (ca. 30 Euro pro Jahr). Das Appartement hat einen Hinterhof, der für alle Nachbarn des Gebäudes offen ist. Der Rewe-Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt einige Restaurants, Pubs und Kioske an der Straßenecke.
I have washing machine, curtains, kitchen cupboard, kitchen bench, coffee machine and wardrobe to leave the next tenant. I leave the table, sofa and shelf too. I want to leave them all for around 420 euros.
