Hi, I am looking for someone to sublet my flat from 15th Mai 2020 - 1st April 2021 (the dates are flexible by some weeks, feel free to ask).
The appartment is furnished and sunny, there is a large living room, a kitchen (with a proper oven), the bathroom with a shower and a window, and the bedroom with a nice view of the Cheltenham Park. There is also a storage room directly accessible from the flat and a large built-in wardrobe by the entrance.
The flat would also include kitchen equipment (plates, pots, cutlery, etc), and there is a washing machine in the cellar.
The total price per month (including internet/phone and electricity) would be of 550 euros.

Hallo, ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom Mitte Mai 2020 bis Anfang April 2021.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und teilt sich in ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und Schlafzimmer mit Parkausblick. Ausserdem gibt es ein Abstellraum und einen großen Einbauschrank am Eingang.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 550 € einschl. Internet, Telefon (Flatrate) und Strom. Eine Waschmaschine ist im Keller zur Verfügung.
