since I need to move out for professional reasons, my cozy attic apartment in the city center is vacant.
The apartment is located in a renovated historic old building and measures 39 square meters. The space is very well organized; after a small entrance you will have separate rooms for kitchen, bedroom, living room, toilet and bathroom.
The dark wooden beams give the rooms a cozy atmosphere and the attic location gives the rooms a lot of light and a great view of the roofs of Göttingen.

Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
Nachdem ich kurzfristig aus beruflichen Gründen Göttingen verlassen muss, wird meine gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung direkt in der Innenstadt frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem renovierten Altbauhaus und hat etwa 39m2. Durch die gute Aufteilung hat man mehrere separate Räume- ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer sowie eine Küche, ein Bad, ein WC und einen kleinen Vorraum.
Die dunklen Holzbalken geben den Räumen eine gemütliche Athmosphäre und durch die Lage im 5. Stock hat man viel Licht in den Zimmern und einen tollen Ausblick auf die Dächer Göttingens.
All shops in the city center (supermarket, post office, bank, pharmacy, etc.) and the train station can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. There is also a bus station just around the corner.

Alle Läden der Innenstadt (Supermarkt, Post, Bank, Apotheke etc) sowie der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt auch eine Busstation direkt um die Ecke.
I consider a transfer fee of 390 euros to be appropriate for taking over the existing facilities and furniture (entire kitchenette including stove, shelves, freezer, washing machine, couch, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers).
