2-Zimmer Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir suchen ab dem 1. März oder später Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung im Idunazentrum. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 13. Stock und ist über einen Fahrstuhl (oder übers Treppenhaus) erreichbar.
Für WGs ist sie eher nichts, da das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zum Schlafzimmer ist. Für Paare oder eine Einzelperson ist sie jedoch super. Zum Balkon kommt man sowohl vom Wohn- als auch vom Schlafzimmer. An diesem gibt es auch eine kleine Abseite (wir lagern da zum Beispiel Pfand und Glasmüll).
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Duschwanne. Die Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank gehört zur Wohnung. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind im Keller vorhanden und können mit Waschmarken (2€) genutzt werden. Im Bad gibt es einen Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine, die jedoch klein sein müsste.

Die Innenstadt und der Zentralcampus sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten, der Bahnhof in so 10 Minuten erreichbar. Dementsprechend gibt es auch etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist also perfekt!

Wir würden gern ein paar Dinge in der Wohnung lassen, einige umsonst, einige gegen eine kleine Ablösesumme. Dies ist natürlich kein Muss und wir würden das dann persönlich besprechen.

Wenn Interesse da ist, hier über die Nachrichtenfunktion schreiben, gern mit einer kleinen Vorstellung und Beschreibung, was ihr so macht. Wir würden dann einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. Unter der Woche antworte ich erst abends.

We are moving out soon and we are looking for a tenant from March 1st. Our flat is in the 13th floor (don't worry, there is an elevator) of a building in the city center which is called Iduna-Zentrum.
The flat has two rooms andis suited for singles or couples but rather not for shared flats because the living room is connected to both the bedroom and the corridor so it cannot be used as a private room. There is a quite big balcony that can be accessed from the bedroom as well as from the living room. On the balcony the is some storage place that we use for deposit bottles, tools and other things.
In the bathroom there is a shower bath and a small washing mashine could be connected. There are also public washing mashines in the ground floor of the building that can be used for a fee of 2€.
There is a built-in kitchen and a fridge included in the rent so there is no need to buy or bring these.

The city center, the central campus and the train station can be reached by foot in a few minutes.

There are some things which we would like to leave in the flat, most of them for free, some of them for a small compensation. But that is optional, of course, you don't have to take anything you don't wont.
