The Apartment is very central, few minutes walking from the Gänseliesel and the walking street/city center. It is within walking distance from Kaufland and Rewe.
It is a duplix apartment where the bedroom and a small storage room are upstairs and downstairs is the kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room.
The apartment is fully furnished with all kitchen utensils (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, plates, ...)
Fresh towels and bed sheets will be provided as well, the apartment also has an iron, ironing table and washing machine
The living room has a bar with a mini fridge and a desk which fits perfectly for home office in addition to having gatherings
