2-Zimmer Wohnung/2-room apartment

Sadly, we are moving out of our apartment in the lovely city center of Gottingen and we are looking for someone to move as soon as 15 February. The apartment has two rooms, which can serve as bedroom and living room or two bedrooms (each room has a door). The kitchen is in a separate room and includes fridge/freezer, stove, oven and fume hood which can be taken over for a fee. The bathroom is modern, with shower and place for washing machine. Each room has a door to a big semi private terrace. The flat comes with a storage room in the attic.
The warm rent ( including water, heating and maintenance costs) is 770 euros. The provision is 3 cold rents (approximately 2000euros ). As the apartment is in the city, shops, restaurants and bars are right at your doorstep. If you are interested, contact us with some information about you.

Leider ziehen wir aus unserer Wohnung in der schönen Innenstadt von Göttingen aus und suchen zum 15.02. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, die als Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer dienen können oder zwei Schlafzimmer (jedes Zimmer hat eine Tür). Die Küche befindet sich in einem separaten Raum und verfügt über Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Herd, Backofen und Dunstabzug, die gegen Gebühr übernommen werden können. Das Badezimmer ist modern, mit Dusche und Waschmaschinenplatz. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Tür zu einer großen halbprivaten Terrasse. Die Warmmiete (inkl. Wasser-, Heiz- und Unterhaltskosten) beträgt 770 Euro. Die Provision beträgt 3 Kaltmieten (ca. 2000 Euro).
