The apartment is on the 3rd floor at the back of the house, overlooking the courtyard of the old University Library and of CityLlibrary, so the apartment is not only very quiet and cozy, but also bathed in the sun every afternoon. The apartment offers a beautiful solid oak floor, the built-in kitchen offers a multi-function microwave, fridge and worktop with stools too. A small built-in closet can be found in the hallway. In the small design bathroom is a spacious shower with sliding glass doors (ventilation). There is a connection to a telephone line or an internet connection could be shared. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer for shared use.
