Wegen Umzugs nach Frankreich verlassen wir unsere schoene, ruhige 2-Zi Wohnung im Ostviertel, Naehe deutsches Theater. Eines der Zimmer ist etwas groesser und hat Zugang zum Balkon. Die Wohnung ist perfekt geeignet fuer ein Paerchen oder eine Einzelperson, der Balkon hat Nachmittagssonne und liegt an einer ruhigen Strasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sonnig.
Because we move to France, we will leave our nice 2 room apartment in the Ostviertel, near the theater. One of the rooms is a little bigger with access to the nice balcony with afternoon sun. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a single person and is situated in a quiet street. The apartment is very sunny.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten von der Bibliothek, vom deutschen Theater, vom Unicampus, und von Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten (Edeka) enfernt. Der Bus 8 haelt in 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung and die Busse 5 und 51 in 7 Gehminuten. Generell hat das Ostviertel ein sehr schoenes Ambiente.
The apartment is situated at 5 minutes walk from the library, from the deutsche Theater, from the university and from a shop (Edeka). The bus 8 has a stop at 3 min walk from the apartment and bus 5 and 51 at 7 min. The Ostviertel in general has a really nice flair.
Da wir unsere Moebel (inkl. 10 Monate alter Bauknecht Waschmaschine und Kuehlschrank) nicht umziehen koennen, sollten sie zumindest teilweise uebernommen werden (daher die ungefaehr 700euros Abschlagzahlung).
Bitte Kontakt aufnehmen per mail, wir koennen dann einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
Since we cannot move our furniture (including a 10 month old Bauknecht washing machine and a fridge), they should be at least partially taken over (therefore also the about 700euros Abschlagzahlung).
