Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie sind z.T. fußläufig zu erreichen (Teegut, Aldi) oder auch in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto (Rewe am Steinsgraben, Nahkauf). Auch mehrere gute Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe.
Die Bushaltestelle schräg vor dem Haus und gleich gegenüber bietet direkten Anschluss an den öffentl. Nahverkehr. Die Innenstadt ist in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Gerne können in Absprache einige Möbel und Lampen sowie Gardinen(-stangen) etc. übernommen werden.
Die Einbauküche inkl. Waschmaschine ist ca. 1 3/4 Jahre alt und in nahezu neuem Zustand. Sie ist nicht im Mietvertrag enthalten und wird privat durch uns verkauft (Ratenzahlung möglich).

The apartment is located in a quiet apartment house in the south of the city, on the first floor (raised ground floor).
It is 72.84 m² large and has 3 bright rooms, hall, kitchen (private sale of the fitted kitchen and washing machine by previous tenant) and a daylight bathroom.
The apartment has bicycle parking spaces, shared use of garden and attic as well as a separate cellar compartment.
LOCATION
The apartment is located south of the city centre. Several families and couples live in the house and in the surrounding area, the area is generally very quiet. In the street there are many parking possibilities, a parking permit is not necessary.
Several shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Some of them are within walking distance (Teegut, Aldi) or within 5 minutes by car (Rewe am Steinsgraben, local shopping).
The bus stop diagonally in front of the house and directly opposite offers direct access to public transport. The city centre can be reached in 10-15 minutes.
