Die Wohnung wird ab dem 1. Februar 2023 zur Miete zur Verfügung stehen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines alten, gut erhaltenen Gebäudes (Altbau). Sie hat Holzfußböden und eine hohe Decke. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und freundlich, und das Haus beherbergt auch Familien. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Abstellraum im Keller des Gebäudes. Hinter dem Haus befinden sich Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine 2-Personen-WG, für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie.

Die Einbauküche wurde von uns vor zwei Jahren maßangefertigt und muss gegen eine Abschlagzahlung übernommen werden. Zur Küche gehören ein ebenfalls neuer Gasherd, eine kleine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, ein Kühlschrank sowie eine Sitzecke mit Eckbank und Stühlen (siehe Bilder). Strom, Gas und Internet sind nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten.

The apartment will be available for rent from February 1, 2023.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of an old, well-preserved building (old building). It has wooden floors and a high ceiling. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, and the house also accommodates families. The apartment has a storage room in the basement of the building. The apartment is ideal for a 2-person flat share, for a couple or a small family.

The fitted kitchen was custom-made by us two years ago and must be taken over against a down payment. The kitchen also has a new gas stove, a small dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge and a seating area with a corner seat and chairs (see pictures). Electricity, gas and internet are not included in the additional costs (Nebenkosten).
