Ich gehe für einige Zeit ins Ausland und biete deshalb meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnsituation ist eher originell: Mein Vermieter wohnt auch im Haus und ihr teilt euch den Flur. Er ist super nett und vermietet in seinem Haus alle Zimmer an Studenten. Die angebotene Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Balkon und ist sehr hell. Dort stehen ein Esstisch und ein Schlafsofa. Das Schlafzimmer beinhaltet ein 140cm breites Bett, einen Schreibtisch und einen Kleiderschrank. Über dem Bett befindet sich ein Oberlicht, sodass man liegend in den Himmel gucken kann :) Die Küche ist klein, aber praktisch aufgebaut und hält alle nötigen Küchengeräte bereit, wie ich finde. (Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank, einen seperaten Gefrierschrank und so nützliche Dinge wie eine Küchenmaschine und einen Standmixer.)

since I´m going abroad for approx. 2,5 months, I offer my two-room apartment for subrent.
The living situation is original: My landlord lives in the house, too, and shares a hallway with you. He is super nice, though, and rents out all the rooms in his house to students. You would have two rooms, a kitchen and the bathroom to yourself.
The apartment is lovely. The livingroom has a balcony and is very bright. It also contains a sofa that you can turn into a bed, and a dinner table. The bedroom contains a 140cm bed, a desk and a closet. Above the bed there is a skylight so you can see into the night when falling asleep. :) The kitchen is small, but practical and has everything you need, I think, including a big freezer.
Supermarkt, Feld, Wald und die nächste Bushaltestelle sind jeweils innerhalb von 5-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 10min zum Nordcampus, in die Innenstadt etwa 15-20min. Der nächste Supermarkt (Nahkauf) ist innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen (und hat sogar sonntags auf!), Real, Aldi und Co sind auch nicht weit (5-10min mit dem Fahrrad).
Für Ortskundige: Die Wohnung liegt in Weende-Nord, direkt am Parkfriedhof Junkerberg, also mitten im Grünen.

The apartment is situated in Göttingen-Weende, 10min by bike from the North Campus, 15-20min to downtown. A bus stop is close by, you can reach the next supermarket within 5min by foot (Nahkauf), Real, Aldi and a lot of other stores are reachable within 5-10min by bike. Weende-North in general is close to nature - from the apartment you can reach several parks (e.g. Klosterpark) as well as forest parts and fields.
Der oben genannte Preis ist ein Komplettpreis! Haustiere sind erlaubt und sogar sehr (!) willkommen. Es ist außerdem auf jeden Fall möglich, in der Wohnung zu zweit zu wohnen. Da ich das eine Zimmer als Wohnzimmer nutze, gibt es nur eben kein zweites Bett. Die Schlafcouch ist aber sehr gemütlich.
Im Haus gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die genutzt werden darf. Die Wohnung wird möbiliert untervermietet.
Über alle anderen Einzelheiten können wir uns gerne unterhalten :)

It is definitely possible to live in the apartment with to people. As I use one of the rooms as a living room, you wouldn´t have a second bed, though, only the sofa bed (that is very comfortable). The above mentioned price includes ALL the costs, even the internet. There is a washing maschine in the house that you could use.
My landlord loves animals and as I normally live in the apartment with my dog, it is possible that you bring your pet, in fact, a pet replacing my dog for the time I´m gone would be very welcome ;)
