Hi,
ich ziehe leider aus und suche daher Nachmieter für meine schöne Wohnung.
Die Wohnsituation ist eher originell: Der Vermieter wohnt auch im Haus und ihr teilt euch den Flur. Er ist super nett und lässt einen so ziemlich schalten und walten, wie man möchte. Die anderen Mieter im Haus wohnen in den anderen Etagen und sind ebenfalls umgänglich und immer für ein Pläuschen oder ein Bier im Garten zu haben. Die angebotene Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Durch die Lage unterm Dach haben die Zimmer Schrägen, sind aber trotzdem hell und geräumig. Das eine Zimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon, der wiederum zum Garten gerichtet ist. Hier gibt es elektrische Jalousien, sodass man das Zimmer im Sommer abdunkeln und kühl halten kann.
Im zweiten Zimmer steht ein extra an die Schrägen angepsster Schrank, der übernommen werden muss. Das 140cm Bett kann bei Interesse kostenlos übernommen werden. Ein besonderes Merkmal des Zimmers ist das Oberlicht, unter dem ich mein Bett stehen habe, sodass ich nachts in den Himmel gucken kann :)
Die Küche ist klein und enthält eine praktische Einbauküche, die drin bleiben soll. Enthalten sind dann ein großer Kühlschrank, ein extra Gefrierschrank, Herd mit Ofen sowie alle Ober- und Unterschränke.

I´m moving out so I´m looking for new tenants for my beautiful 2-room apartment.
The living situation is original: My landlord lives in the house, too, and shares a hallway with you. He is super nice, though, and rents out all the rooms in his house to students. You would have two rooms, a kitchen and the bathroom to yourself.
The apartment is lovely. Because of its position underneath the roof, the two rooms have one sloping ceiling each, but they are still bright and spacious. One of the rooms reaches the balcony which is directed towards the garden. The windows have electric blinds so you can keep the room shaded and cool in the summer.
The second room contains a closet adjusted to the sloping ceiling that should be taken by the new tenants. The 140cm bed can be taken for free, if the new tenants are interested. A special feature of the room is the sky light that. At the moment, my bed is located underneath so I can look at the sky at night :)
The furnished kitchen is quite small but practical and also has a big window looking into the green. It contains a fridge, an extra freezer, a stove incl. oven, as well as shelves.
Supermarkt, Feld, Wald und die nächste Bushaltestelle sind jeweils innerhalb von 5-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 10min zum Nordcampus, in die Innenstadt etwa 15-20min. Der nächste Supermarkt (Nahkauf) ist innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen (und hat sogar sonntags auf!), Real, Aldi und Co sind auch nicht weit (5-10min mit dem Fahrrad).
Für Ortskundige: Die Wohnung liegt in Weende-Nord, direkt am Parkfriedhof Junkerberg, also mitten im Grünen.

The apartment is situated in Göttingen-Weende, 10min by bike from the North Campus, 15-20min to downtown. A bus stop is close by, you can reach the next supermarket within 5min by foot (Nahkauf), Real, Aldi and a lot of other stores are reachable within 5-10min by bike. Weende-North in general is close to nature - from the apartment you can reach several parks (e.g. Klosterpark) as well as forest parts and fields.
Der oben genannte Preis ist ein Komplettpreis! Haustiere sind erlaubt und sogar sehr (!) willkommen. Mein Vermieter würde es wahrscheinlich gerne sehen, wenn mein Hund einen Nachfolger hätte ;)
Im Haus gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die genutzt werden darf.
Die Wohnung ist zwar grundsätzlich WG-geeignet, da es kein Durchgangszimmer gibt, allerdings gibt es in der Küche keinen Stellplatz für einen Tisch und Stühle. Ich habe das Balkonzimmer als Wohn- und das andere als Schlafzimmer genutzt und meiner Meinung nach ist die Wohnung vor allem attraktiv für Pärchen und Einzelperson; in beiden Fällen ist sie sehr günstig.
Die 250€-Abschlagszahlung beziehen sich auf die komplette Kücheneinrichtung, einen Badezimmerschrank, den Schrank im Schlafzimmer und eine Ablage im selben Raum. Die hochgeladenen Bilder sind vor meinem Einzug entstanden - es ist in der Wohnung jetzt weniger chaotisch ;) Ich kann nächstes Wochenende bei Interesse aktuelle Bilder schicken.

The above mentioned price includes ALL the costs, even the internet. There is a washing maschine in the house that you could use.
My landlord loves animals and as I live in the apartment with my dog at the moment, I think he would be happy about replacement ;)
In principal, the apartment could be used as a shared flat since it is possible to enter both of the rooms seperately from each other via the hallway. However, the kitchen doesn´t have enough room for a table and chairs. I used the room with the balcony as a living room and the other one as a bedroom and I think the apartment is attractive for a single person or a couple; in both cases it is wuite cheap.
The 250€ mentioned below refer to the bed room closet, a shelve in the same room, a bath room shelve, and all the kitchen inventory. The posted pictures were taken before I moved in - right now the apartment looks less messy ;) I can send you up-to-date pictures next weekend.
