I'm subletting my 3 room flat July-September (later starting date might be possible). It might also be possible to take over the flat completely afterwards.
The flat comes fully equipped: wifi, kitchen with dishwasher and complete equipment, washing machine, two old but functioning bikes, sports stuff (mats, small weights, vibration plate) cleaning stuff as vacuum robot, 2 screens, furniture...
The flat has two smaller bedrooms and one bigger living room, a sunny balcony and an attic.
Dogs are welcome (no fighting dogs, though).
Meine Wohnung steht zur Zwischenmiete: Juli bis September. Späterer Einzug ist ggf. möglich. Eventuell auch eine spätere Übernahme des Vertrags.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet: WLAN, Küche mit Geschirrspüler und voller Ausstattung, Waschmaschine, 2 alte aber fahrende Fahrräder, Sportsachen (Matte, Hanteln, Rüttelplatte), Putzsachen inkl. Saugroboter, 2 Bildschirme, Möbel etc..
Die Wohnung hat ein größeres Wohnzimmer und 2 kleinere Schlafzimmer, einen sonnigen Balkon und Dachboden.
Hunde sind erlaubt (außer Kampfhunde).
5-10 minutes by bike to Nord- and Zentralcampus. City Center 10 min by bike. Tegut, Penny, Rewe nearby.
5-10 min mit dem Fahrrad zum Nord- und Zentralcampus. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad bis zum Stadtzentrum. Tegut, Penny, Rewe sind ganz in der Nähe.
