I am leaving my current apartment for professional reasons and I am looking for a tenant to take it over with all its furniture for preferably 15 of September 2021 (01/09 is also possible).
I am leaving the apartment completely furnished with all furniture and house appliances inside and would ask for 1500 € for everything, non negotiable. I can also detail everything upon request. IF YOU ARE NOT AGREEING to this please do not waste my time.
The apartment has 4 rooms:
Sleeping room 1: 16 m² (140x200 cm bed, wardrobe, dresser, small desk)
Sleeping room 2: 13 m² (all 100% wood: 90x200 cm bed, small wardrobe, small dresser, big desk, shelves)
Sleeping room 3: 12 m² (140x200 cm bed, very big wardrobe)
Living room: 20 m² (large sofa, desk, tv table)
Bathroom with bathtub + furniture
Kitchen: Bosch: 2m Fridge (A++), washing machine 7 kg (A+++), Ceramic hob + oven (A). Microwave, toaster, Kettle, table + 3 chairs + Kitchen furniture
Corridor + Balcony
Cellar and Attic rooms
Parking space is available for free in the vicinity, and it is possible to rent a parking space directly from the landlord.
The landlord allows sharing the flat and also having pets in.
I do not have any decision on who will take the apartment but I can recommend you if you fit the profile.
Grüner Weg is in the middle between the north campus and the central campus of the university, both are within 15 min walking distance otherwise 5-10 by bus or bike. There are two bus lines in the area. PENNY is the closest grocery shopping store, and LIDL, REWE, EDEKA TEGUT are also in the area.
School, Kindergarten and playground are within 2-5 min walking distance.
I am the current tenant and I have been living in this apartment for 10 years. I did my PhD in Göttingen and now work has taken me to another city.
I want to give up the apartment with the furniture and asap so I can have my holidays before I am starting my new job in Ulm.
As I mentioned, I do not decide who is taking the apartment but I can call the landlord to recommend a profile. My only conditions is taking over all the furniture and moving in mid September.
VISTS are only possible on the weekends as I currently work in Hamburg. So next possible date is 14-15/08.
