für unsere WG wird ein neuer Hauptmieter gesucht, da sie aufgelöst.
Die Möbel sollten in der Wohnung bleiben und müssen daher für 1800 VHB übernommen werden (Neupreis ~4590, die meisten Sachen wurden vor 2 Jahren gekauft.)
Gut geeignet ist die Wohnung für 2 Personen, bei 3 wird es schon eng..

we are looking for new main tenants for our apartment.
The furniture should stay in the apartment and therefore needs to be taken over for 1800 euros (original price ~4590, most of the items were bought 2 years ago, willing to negotiate).
The apartment is well suited for 2 people, for 3 people it would probably be a bit tight.
