Diese wunderschöne Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses, das im Jahr 1887 als Domizil eines Bankiers gebaut wurde.
Im Erdgeschoss befanden sich damals die Empfangszimmer des Hauses, von denen, das größte (7,05 m- x 4,80 m Decke 4,00 m. hoch) gerade nach intensiver Renovierung in dieses Studio mit Schlaf-Galerie verwandelt wurde. Unterhalb der Galerie wurde ein Vorzimmer mit Kleiderschränken hinzugefügt, um das Studio akustisch vom Treppenhaus zu schützen. Mit dem Schlafbereich in der Galerie (Bett 200x140) ist das Studio tagsüber als geräumiges Wohnzimmer zu erleben. Der alte Eichenfischgrat Boden ist neu lackiert, die Stuckarbeiten ergänzen die Pracht des Raumes, die schlichte eingebaute Küche ist im Blickfeld (Herd mit Ofen, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine). Um die elegante Optik des Studios zu unterstreichen, wurde auf Hochschränke verzichtet, stattdessen gibt es eine kleine Speisekammer. Das neue Badezimmer, inspiriert vom ursprünglichen Stil des Hauses, bietet eine Badewanne mit Dusch-Glasabtrennung. Jedes Detail im Studio gibt das Flair der Substanz des ursprünglichen Historischen Gebäudes wieder. Im Kontrast dazu stehen moderne Lösungen, die schlicht und essenziell sind.
Die großzügigen Fenster öffnen sich zum Garten, wodurch die Ruhe des Studios unterstrichen wird.
Ein Teil des 2500 qm großen Gartens mit altem Baumbestand kann mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert zu mieten. Die Kaltmiete der möblierten Wohnung beträgt 705 €, Heizungs- und Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf 120 € (ein Bewohner - Inkl. Gartenpflege, Reinigung von Eingang & Treppe, und Winterdienst).
Mindestmietdauern 18 Monaten.
Die Wohnung war fristgerecht zum 30.4 gekündigt, die Mieterin ist aber schon ausgezogen, deswegen wäre eine weitere Vermietung ab jetzt schon möglich.

This beautiful Studio is on the 1.st floor of a house built in 1887 as a banker's family domicile.
Out of the largest of the reception rooms (7.05 m x 4.80 m ceiling 4.00 m high) a couple of years ago was created this studio with a sleeping Gallery, after intensive renovation. An anteroom with wardrobes was added below the gallery to acoustically isolate the studio from the staircase of the house. Having the sleeping area in the gallery (bed 200x140), the studio is during daytime to be experienced as a spacious livingroom, no bed in sight anywhere... The old oak herringbone floor has been restored keeping its patina, the stucco work complements the splendor of the room, in the very slick and essential cooking area (stove with oven, dishwasher and washing machine) has been avoid to build tall cabinets, not to ruin the elegant look of the studio, for this purpose an adjacent small pantry is behind a sliding door to be found, The bathroom, inspired by the home's original style, features a bathtub with glass shower enclosure. The house is located in the hystorical Wilhelminian district of Göttingen, the german equivalent of the "Belle Epoque", right out of the city center, the so-called “Ostviertel”. Wilhelm Weberstraße is one of the most beautiful residential streets in town and the house is listed. Just 500 m away from house are the Deutsches Theater and the inner city, 700 m away is the Stadthalle, the place where the Göttinger Symphonie Orchester plays and other cultural events find their home., 600 m is the University Campus, 1400 the train station... any place of interest in the city can be reached on foot.
Supermarket and pharmacy are around the corner. Parking cannot be offered on the property, but the city allows unexpensive and easy parking for residents on street. Resident parking permit costs just 2.60 euros per month (31.20 euros per year).
