The 2 room apartment is available from the last week of december 2022 for long term and the size of the apartment is 57m2 and also have balcony. Maximum 2 people can live here. The apartment is fully furnished consisting of:
- 3 wardrobes
- Fitted kitchen
- Microwave
- Refrigirator
- Washing machine and drying machine
- Dining table
- Chairs
- Bed with mattress

and also the internet needs to be taken over monthly 36 euro per month with 50mbs
There is a small sofa, table, side, lamp, some wooden chairs which needs to be taken over for a small cost of 120 euros
The flat is located at Petrikirchstrasse 46, 37077 Goettingen in Weende district. Tegut, DM, Burger king, Dominos, Apotheke is in front of the apartment. Also, Aldi is 3 mins walk away. The bus stand Petrikirchstrasse is adjacent to the apartment. And free parking is available.

The warm rent is 750 Euro per month (thats after including the extra energy price) and the deposit is 1650 Euros.

I found this apartment really beautiful with a great view from balcony both in winter and summers.

Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ist ab der letzten Woche des Dezembers 2022 für langfristige und die Größe der Wohnung ist 57m2 und haben auch Balkon. Maximal 2 Personen können hier leben. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, bestehend aus:
- 3 Schränke
- Einbauküche
- Mikrowelle
- Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach
- Waschmaschine und Trockner
- Esstisch
- Stühle
- Bett mit Matratze

und auch das Internet muss monatlich übernommen werden 36 Euro pro Monat mit 50mbs
Es gibt ein kleines Sofa, Tisch, Beistelltisch, Lampe, einige Holzstühle, die für eine geringe Gebühr von 120 Euro übernommen werden müssen

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Petrikirchstraße 46, 37077 Göttingen im Stadtteil Weende. Tegut, DM, Burger King, Dominos, Apotheke ist direkt vor der Wohnung. Auch Aldi ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle Petrikirchstrasse befindet sich direkt neben der Wohnung. Und kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 750 Euro pro Monat und die Kaution 1650 Euro.

Ich fand diese Wohnung wirklich schön mit einer tollen Aussicht vom Balkon sowohl im Winter als auch im Sommer.
