Da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, möchte ich meine vollmöblierte Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Hauses, in dem noch zwei junge Familien wohnen.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt recht hell und bietet mit 55qm ausreichend Platz für eine Person. Sie ist aufgeteilt in ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Zudem verfügt sie über 2 Stauräume, in denen man viel verstauen kann, damit die Wohnung schön frei bleibt :)
Die Wohnung wird vollständig möbliert vermietet. Das bedeutet, dass ich alle meine Möbel hier lasse und nur das Wichtigste mitnehme. Was alles in der Wohnung verbleibt, können wir gerne bei der Besichtigung besprechen.

As I am going abroad for half a year, I would like to sublet my fully furnished apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (attic), and two young families live in the building as well.
Overall, the apartment is quite bright and has enough space for one person with 55 square meters. It is divided into a large living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Additionally, it has 2 storage niches where you can store a lot of things, so the apartment stays nice and free.
The apartment will be sublet furnished. This means that I will leave all my furniture here and only take the essentials with me. We can discuss what stays here during the viewing appointment.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und bietet hervorragende Parkmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Aldi, Netto, DM usw. sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Bahnhof ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Von dort aus gelangt man mit dem Zug in nur ca. 7 Minuten nach Enschede. Leider habe ich keine Erfahrung mit den Busverbindungen, da man in Gronau fast alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit, das Fahrrad in der Garage abzustellen.
Die Universität Twente ist mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area and offers excellent parking facilities. Shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Netto, DM, etc. are within easy walking distance.
The train station is about 10 minutes away by bike. From there, you can reach Enschede by train in just about 7 minutes. Unfortunately, I have no experience with bus connections, as almost everything in Gronau can be reached by bike. Additionally, there is the possibility of parking your bike in the garage.
The University of Twente can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.

Bitte beachte, dass Besichtigungstermine nur in Person möglich sind und nicht online stattfinden können. Mir ist es sehr wichtig, wer in die Wohnung einzieht, und viele Dinge ergeben sich durch ein persönliches Kennenlernen.
