Mein Freund und ich suchen Zwischenmieter für unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung, da wir ein Praktikum in Italien machen werden. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche sowie einem großen Bad mit Badewannne. Alle Möbel und Kücheneinrichtung bleiben in der Wohnung. Außerdem ist eine Spülmaschine und ein Waschtrockner vorhanden.
In den 760€ ist alles Enthalten - von Miete, Möbeln über Internet bis Strom, Gas und Wasser.
My boyfriend and I are looking for interim tenants for our cozy 2-room flat, because we are going to do an internship in Italy. The flat has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and a big bathroom containing a bathtub. The whole furniture will stay in the flat during your stay. The 760€ includes everything – rent, furniture, internet, electricity, gas, water.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Rosenstraße im schönen Giebichensteinviertel, was sehr zentral ist. Die Haltestelle „Am Landesmuseum“ ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. In die Altstadt läuft man 10-15 Minuten, zur Uni je nach Campus 10 Minuten und an der Saale ist man ebenfalls in 5 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man noch schneller! Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Sie liegt im EG und hat einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, in dem man auch gerne selbst gärtnern kann. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradraum.
The flat is located in the Rosenstraße in Giebichenstein, which is as central as possible. The tram stop “Am Landesmuseum” is only 2 minutes away by foot. It will take you about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town, 10 minutes to the maincampus and like 5 minutes to the river "Saale". With bicycle you're much more faster.
The flat is really calm and located at the ground level. There is a shared garden, where you can freely plant, if you're interested in it. Furthermore we have a room for bicycles.
Die Wohnung liegt uns sehr am Herzen, weshalb wir sehr verantwortungsvolle Mieter suchen. Außerdem wäre es toll, wenn man sich um unsere Pflanzen kümmern könnte. Bezüglich des Zeitraums haben wir den 01.08.2022- 01.12.2022 vorgesehen, aber es soll nicht an eins-zwei Wochen mehr oder weniger liegen, fragt also gerne einfach nach.:)

We really love our flat which is why we are looking for very responsibles persons. It would also be a plus if you could take care of our plants during your stay. Concerning the exact time: we will be gone from 01.08.2022 to 01.12.2022, but one/two weeks more or less shouldn’t be a problem - just ask us.😊
