Hallo,
meine Mitbewohnerin und ich suchen Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung, da sich unsere WG im Februar auflöst (ich bin tatsächlich schon im Januar weg). Dinge wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Möbel können bei Bedarf übernommen werden (Preis verhandelbar). Das schöne an der Wohnung ist neben der günstigen Lage, dass sie eine Abstellkammer hat, die man super als Kleiderschrank verwenden kann und somit Platz spart. Außerdem sind die Räume jeweils recht groß.
Die Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage eines renovierten Altbaus, indem vorrangig Studierende wohnen. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Garten im Innenhof.

Hello everyone,
my flatmate and I are searching for a new tenant, because we move out soon (I'll leave in January and my flatmate in February). If you like to buy some interior, like furniture or even the washing machine or dishwasher, that's no problem and we can talk about a suitable price.
What I like about this flat (besides the good position) is, that it includes a store room that can be used as a (walk-in) closet. Furthermore, the rooms are quite big each.
The flat is on the 5th floor of a reorganized old building, where mainly students live. Besides, there is a small planted courtyard.
Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Paulusviertel, in dem viele Studierende und junge Familien wohnen. In dieser Wohngegend ist alles Wichtige vorhanden. Es gibt einen 24h-Edeka direkt nebenan, welcher durchgängig geöffnet hat (außer Samstag ab 20:00 Uhr bis Montag früh 8:00 Uhr). Ein Penny befindet sich ebenfalls im Paulusviertel.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind 2 bis max. 6 Gehminuten entfernt und eine von ihnen bildet einen zentralen Verkehrsknotenpunkt, von dem aus viele Richtungen zu erreichen sind. Bis zum Marktplatz läuft man ca. 15-20 Minuten.
5 Gehminuten entfernt ist die so genannte Pauluskirche, die eine parkähnliche Atmosphäre ringsherum aufweist - inklusive einem Spielplatz und einer Tischtennisplatte und Möglichkeiten Basketball oder Fußball zu spielen. Der große und für Halle (Saale) bedeutende Park - die Peißnitz - ist ebenfalls nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße, quer zur Hauptstraße.

The flat is located in a district that is very popular among students and young families. There is all you need, e.g. a big shop right next to the flat (open from Monday 8 am until Saturday 8 pm) or other shops to buy food or drugstore articles.
Two tram stations are 2 to 6 minutes away by feet, one of them is a central transfer point. If you walk 15-20 minutes you already reach the market place.
There are places to hang out and to relax, for example a small park 5 minutes away where you can also find a playground and table tennis, basketball and a small soccer field. The big and very important park – the Peißnitz - is 15 minutes away by feet.
The flat is located in a minor road, vertical to the main road.
