Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne Zweiraumwohnung. Die Zimmer sind hell und großzügig geschnitten und mit dunklem Laminat ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche, die durch die Fensterfront auch am Abend lange hell ist und man einen tollen Blick über die Häuser hat. Im Bad ist eine Dusche und Platz für eine Waschmaschiene.
Der hauseigene Hinterhof kann zum Grillen und Sitzen genutzt werden.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rand des Paulusviertels mit super Verkehrsanbindung zu Uni, Bahnhof und Burg Giebichenstein. Die Peißnitz ist 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 5 min. Entfernung (u.a. den 24-h-EDEKA)ausreichend und das Ärztehaus ist für alle Fälle gleich nebenan :)
Auch in der Innenstadt ist man entweder mit Bahn, Rad oder zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten.

Die Nachbarn sind vom Alter unterschiedlich, aber alle nett und hilfsbereit. Im Haus sind noch einige Arztpraxen und die "Delikantine", wo man sehr lecker essen kann.
