*2-room apartment for temporary rent from february/march*

Ich vermiete meine schöne Altbauwohnung am Rande des Paulusviertel für das kommende Semester.

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss und sehr schön hell (besonders im Sommer scheint die Sonne richtig schön ins Hinterzimmer am Nachmittag) und auch im Haus kann man sich sehr wohlfühlen - hier wohnen junge Familien und viele Studierende. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung Dielen und Stuck größtenteils und ein Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof, das andere zur Straße raus. Die Küche ist relativ klein, aber süß. Das Bad ist auch wunderschön und lichtdurchflutet und die Dusche ist ziemlich geräumig.

Die Wohnung bleibt möbiliert: Bett, Schränke, Regale, Esstisch, Sofa, Sessel, Schreibtisch etc. alles ist da :)

Ich freue mich, wenn eine nette Person in dieser schönen Wohnung leben bald leben wird.

I rent my beautiful old building apartment on the edge of the Paulusviertel for the coming semester.

The apartment on the first floor and very nice and bright (especially in summer the sun shines really nice in the back room in the afternoon) and also in the house you can feel very comfortable - here live young families and many students. Otherwise, the apartment has floorboards and stucco for the most part and one room goes out to the backyard, the other to the street. The kitchen is relatively small, but cute. The bathroom is also beautiful and flooded with light and the shower is quite spacious.

The apartment remains furnished: Bed, wardrobes, shelves, dining table, sofa, armchair, desk etc. everything is there :)

I will be glad if a nice person will live in this beautiful apartment soon.
