Meine sehr schöne und helle Wohnung wird zum 15.8 oder 1.9 frei. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines ruhigen Hauses. Die zwei Zimmer sind in etwa gleich groß, mit süßen Dachschrägen. Küche und Bad sind hell und sehr groß, das Bad hat eine Dusche sowie ein Fenster. Absolutes Highlight ist der große Abstellraum (begehbarer Schuhschrank). In Wohnzimmer und Küche hört man die Vahrenwalder Straße, nach hinten raus ist es aber absolut ruhig. Die Küche (noch kein Jahr alt, inkl. aller Gerät) soll gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden.
Mehrere Supermärkte (Rewe, Netto, Lidl) sowie Ärzt, Bäcker, Rossmann etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Stadtbahn-Haltestelle (Werderstr) sind es zu Fuß 2 Minuten. Von dort fahren die Linien 1 und 2 eine Station zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Buslinien 100/200 halten 4 Minuten entfernt.
Die Küche soll übernommen werden. Haustiere sind nach Absprache erlaubt.
