Unsere feine Zwei-Zimmer-Gästewohnung liegt mitten in Hallstadt, der unmittelbaren Nachbargemeinde von Bamberg. Sie befindet sich im so genannten "Stapfenhaus", einer denkmalgeschützen und grundlegend sanierten Hofanlage aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts. Heute sind zehn kleine Wohnungen mit sehr netten und ruhigen Bewohnern in dem Stapfenhaus untergebracht - verteilt auf drei Gebäudeteile, was zusätzliche Ruhe garantiert!

Die Gästewohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss des Haupthauses - vorne mit Blick auf den ruhigen Innenhof, hinten mit Blick in große Gärten!

Unsere Gästewohnung umfasst einen Wohnraum, die Küche, das Schlafzimmer und ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche. Aus der Küche können Sie direkt in den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Wintergarten gehen. Die Wohnung ist mit Parkett ausgestattet und mit großer Liebe zum Detail mit vielen Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Sie umfasst eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher und einer Espressomaschine. Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser, Besteck... Es ist alles da!

Das Schlafzimmer ist zum Garten ausgerichtet, das Bett ist 1,40 Zentimeter breit und mit zwei extra großen Bettdecken (155 * 220 cm) ausgestattet. Der Kleiderschrank stammt von einem Bauernhof in der fränkischen Schweiz und wurde für das Gästeappartement aufwendig restauriert.

Selbstverständlich ist die Wohnung ist mit frischer Bettwäsche, Dusch- und Handtüchern ausgestattet.

In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Müllentsorgung, Hausmeisterservice) enthalten, ebenfalls ist die Nutzung des WLANs in der Miete enthalten. Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten an!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person bzw. ein Paar, sie kann NICHT als Wohngemeinschaft oder mit einem Kind genutzt werden.

Our fine two-room guest apartment is located in the middle of Hallstadt, the immediate neighboring community of Bamberg. It is located in the so-called "Stapfenhaus", a listed and completely renovated courtyard from the middle of the 19th century. Today there are ten small apartments with very nice and quiet residents in the Stapfenhaus - spread over three parts of the building, which guarantees additional peace and quiet!

The guest apartment is on the first floor of the main house - at the front overlooking the quiet inner courtyard, at the back overlooking the large gardens!

Our guest apartment includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom and a daylight bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you can go directly into the shared winter garden. The apartment is equipped with parquet floors and furnished with great attention to detail with many antiques. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and an espresso machine. Dishes, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery... It's all there!

The bedroom faces the garden, the bed is 140 centimeters wide and equipped with two extra large duvets (155 * 220 cm). The wardrobe comes from a farm in Franconian Switzerland and was extensively restored for the guest apartment.

Of course, the apartment is equipped with fresh bed linen, shower towels and hand towels.

The rent includes all additional costs (electricity, heating, water, garbage disposal, caretaker service), and the use of WiFi is also included in the rent. There are no additional costs!

The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple, it cannot be used as a shared apartment or with a child.
