Hello,
As I am going to receive work training abroad from the end of March until August 2024, I am looking for a reliable person(s) to sublease my apartment to for the next 4 months plus 1 week. There is a possibility of prolonging your stay in the apartment too. I would prefer calmer people.
The apartment is absolutely great and I have been super happy living here. It is a newly renovated altbau with high ceilings, it has 1 bedroom, 1 work/guest room which could be used as a second bedroom (I have built a mezzanine here), living room, separate toilet and (small) bathroom, great kitchen with a pantry room. There is also a private garden. The neighbours are all lovely and helpful too. :-)
I have renovated this apartment with much love and care and it is important to me to find someone (a couple?) who would take good care of it and of the plants that are part of the decoration. I am happy to leave all the furniture to you for the duration of your stay in the apartment.
Currently there is also my cat, Mila, living with me here but I am looking for a foster home for her - unless you love cats and would like a feeling of a proper home with a calico snuggling on your lap. :-) If you don't like cats/ are allergic I will then definitely leave her at a foster home and clean the place with an anti allergen before you move in.
