Du wirst dich in der Wohnung sofort wie zu Hause fühlen, wenn du auf der Suche nach folgenden Details bist:
- "dem Himmel so nah"...die Wohnung ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung
- "der Mensch ist, was er isst"...die Küche ist schön groß und lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen sowie zu gemütlichen Kochactions ein
- "Wellness kann bunt sein"...das Bad ist mit einem komfortabelen Duschsystem und einer Badewanne schnell zur Wellnessoase umfunktioniert
und 3 ausschlaggebende Details über die Zimmer:
Schlafzimmer circa 22qm+ begehbares Ankleidezimmer + Wohnzimmer circa 16qm
super geschnitten - ggf. WG geeignet (Ich habe selbst mit einer Freundin 2,5 Jahre hier in einer WG gelebt)
...aber die Realität sagt bekanntlich mehr als 1000 Worte, daher kurz und knapp: KOMM VORBEI!!
Mir ist es wichtig die Wohnung in guten Haenden zu wissen, da ich fuer 6 Monate nicht in Hamburg sein kann.

Are you interested in an attic flat??? The flat is a dream. You will rent a everything fully furnished. You will have 1 sleeping room 22sqm, 1 living room 16sqm and an small seperate room for all your clothes (walk-in closet). The flat is as well perfect to share (I have lived here together with a friend for almost 3 years).
I love the flat, but I will be outside of Hamburg for 6 months. I´m seeking for a lovely person/ couple who I can trust because it is very important to me that all my belongings are in good hands.

...verschiedene Fitnessstudios direkt in der Nähe...
Summa summarum: TOP LAGE!

The flat is located in the trendy district Hamburg Eimsbüttel. It is very easy to go to all of Hamburgs’ sightseeing highlights by public transport. Underground U2 Osterstraße is in 10 minute walking distance, U3 Schlump is reachable within 15 minutes, Bus stations 4/ 25 and 20 are able to reach within 2 minutes. It´s very easy to do grocery shopping, because Penny and Aldi are around the corner and Edeka is in 5 minutes walking distance.
