The light, spacious apartment (56m2) is on the 3rd floor and has a hall, large living room, bedroom, kitchen and a compact bathroom.
The South-facing living room enjoys views of a peaceful communal garden.
We currently pay €950, with additional water & electricity costs (around €70 per month). There is a washing machine in the kitchen.
The apartment is on Behringstrasse, Ottensen with a bus stop right in front of the building. It’s a 10 min walk from Altona Bf. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's liveliest and most popular areas. Many bars, shops, cafés and restaurants are within a 5 min walk. The beach (Elbstrand) is also only a 20 min walk away. :-)
We would like to sell an IKEA sleeping sofa, large table (bjurst), white IKEA shelf (kallax), curtains (vilborg and rollo), lamps, wardrobe, IKEA folding wall table (norbo), white desk and a coffee table.
We’re looking for someone to move in in April or May.
