Ab Ende September (27.9.) sind wir im Ausland und vermieten unsere wunderbar geräumige und gleichzeitig gemütliche möblierte 80qm Altbauwohnung bis ca. 18.12.2019 unter.
Die über zwei Stockwerke reichende Maisonette-Wohnung verfügt im unteren Teil über eine komplett ausgestattete große Wohnküche mit großem Tisch für Kochabende, die sich über zwei Räume erstreckt. Ebenso im unteren Teil liegt das nach hinten ausgerichtete Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie Bad mit Dusche und Wanne.
Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das helle und geräumige Wohnzimmer mit einer weiteren gemütlichen Schlafnische mit Doppelbett. Großer Bonus der Wohnung ist die hier angeschlossene nach Westen ausgerichtete sonnige Loggia mit Blick über Altona, auf Sonnenuntergänge und auf die Bäume des darunter liegenden Spielplatzes.
Die Wohnung und unsere Einrichtung liegen uns sehr am Herzen. Wir suchen Zwischenmieter, die verlässlich und ordentlich sind, unsere Wohnung mit Respekt behandeln und gern auch hin und wieder ein Auge auf die Pflanzen haben.
Dieses Angebot ist lediglich zur Zwischenmiete! Die Wohnung steht nicht längerfristig zur Vermietung. Daher bitten wir von längerfristigen Anfragen abzusehen.
Die monatliche Warmmiete beträgt 1.450€.

Since we are spending our parental leave abroad we will sublet our spacious and cosy 80qm flat in Hamburg Ottensen from end of September (appr. Sept 27th - Dec 18th).
The two level Maisonette flat has a huge and well equipped tworoom kitchen on the lower floor. You’ll also find the sleeping room with double bed
as well as bathroom with shower and bath tub on the lower floor - both facing the backside of the house.
On the upper level you‘ll find the living room with a cosy sofa and another double bed. You can reach the sunny loggia from here which gives you a perfect view above Altona and the chance to see many wonderful sunsets (in case it’s not raining in Hamburg ;)).
We love our flat and the furniture and look for tenants who treat our home with respect and care.
Die Wohnung ist im schönen Ottensen zentral Nähe Bahnhof Altona gelegen (hier fahren diverse S-Bahnen und Buslinien sowie Fernzüge). Cafés, Restaurants, Fußgängerzone und Supermärkte (Alnatura, Edeka, Aldi, Rewe) liegen fußläufig direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Elbe und die daran angrenzenden Parks sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.
The flat is located in walking distance to Altona station with local transport (Bus and S-Bahn) as well as far distance trains. Cafés, restaurants, pedestrian zone & shopping mall diverse grocery stores (Alnatura, Edeka, Aldi, Rewe) as well as the Elbe river are just around the corner.
Info: Das Haus liegt nah an den Bahngleisen so dass der Bahnverkehr insbesondere bei geöffnetem Fenster hörbar ist, besonders bei den nach vorne liegenden Räumen. In den nach hinten liegenden Zimmern wie Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer ist der Lärm weitestgehend abgeschirmt.

The house is located near the train rail. Trains are hearable, especially while windows are open. Sleeping and living room as well as bathroom are located to the back and therefor facing the calmer side.
