da ich ab Anfang des Jahres mindestens 1 Jahr nicht in Hamburg bin, suche ich jemand (m/w) für meine tolle Wohnung in bester Lage.
Die Wohnung ist neubau, insgesamt 6 Stockwerke je 3 Einheiten.
Vom Fenster kannst du die Besucher und Touristen, die Lange Reihe in Hamburg hoch und runter flanieren beobachten und in Ruhe dein Kaffee genießen (wenn die Fenster zu sind hörst du nichts)
Die Wohnung ist nur für Singles oder paare geeignet. Es ist so Loft-Form
3 OG in der Mitte ist die Wohnung.
Sehr nette Nachbarn, welche man aktiv suchen soll. Sonst sieht und hört man so gut wie gar nichts von Nachbarn.
Ja Lange Reihe ist eine Adresse in Hamburg.
Du hast max 5 Minuten bis Hbf
in 3 Minuten hast du dein Brötchen und Kaffee
in 2 Minuten bist du bei Otto's Burger
in 2 Minuten bist du bei Budni
HASPA in 2 min Gehweg

Außer Cafes, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw gibt es auch ein Waschküche direkt in 2-3 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar
In der Wohnung gibt es ein Bett (160x200cm), ein Sofa welche als Schlafsofa benutzt werden kann (140x200) Esstisch, Stühle, Kühlschrank, Teller, Besteck und Gläser
Matratze ist sehr gut
Die Wohnung ist somit direkt bewohnbar und muss nichts extra gekauft oder mitgenommen werden
Bei Bedarf kann man auch Bettwäsche, Handtücher auch benutzt werden
